Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following cases: Damaged product: Any damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video. Wrong product received: The incorrect product must be clearly shown in the unboxing video. No return or exchange request will be accepted without a valid unboxing video. The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the product immediately after opening.
